The Rust programming language had a surge of popularity in recent years and is the most loved language for the 7th time in a row, according to Stack Overflow. Due to its young ecosystem, Rust however lacks established libraries for many tasks in scientific computation. To support progress in this field, we present a fork of the Rust compiler which can differentiate code using Enzyme. We want to show some test cases, collect feedback on the user experience, and discuss the next development steps.
